2 salmon steaks (without skin)
4 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon flour
Method
Spread ½ tablespoon flour on one side of salmon and spread it and repeat the operation on the other side.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the soy sauce, sake and sugar and cook until it starts boiling.
Remove from the heat and add the salmon steaks. Let the salmon marinate for 1 hour. Then flip the salmon steaks and let ti marinate 1 hour more.
In a skillet heat the sesame oil over high heat. Place the salmon steaks into the skillet and add 3 tablespoons of marinade.
Cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
